Insights: In 1955 Rolex produced 500 watches Ref. 6152/1 in favor of Panerai. All watches were fitted with Rolex screw-down crowns signed Big Crown and sent to Panerai in one batch. Before delivery to the Italian Navy, Panerai fitted them with their own Radiomir dials.
